La Express Accelerated Plan?
Has anyone had much success with including this in your weekly menu to increase your weight loss? Doing 2 days per week (after week 3)?

It's your usual plan, but you eat 1 extra Lite and Choose 1 protein from the Express Protein menu instead of: 1 Vegetable, 2 Fruits, 2 Starches, and 1 Fat.

msBeanie, posted it a while ago and I tried it because I was happy you can eat sausages with it, but i really saw no real change, but only tried it one day, so I guess I can't give a great opinion.

yes on the 3 bars, not sure about the PB, but i would think it could be regular because you are cutting out your fat for the day anyway....my thing is I only get 2 starches and to get rid of them both is cruel and unusual punishment.

I am thinking of trying this, is it 2 days straight or you just pick 2 random days of the week?

Interesting …
Just to clarify – right now I am allowed
2.5 Protein
3 Vegetables
2 Fruits
3 Starches
2 Dairy
2 Fats
2 La Lites
Is it right that on this LA Express Accelerated I would get -
2 Regular Protein
1 Express Protein
2 Vegetables
0 Fruits
1 Starch
2 Dairy
1 Fat
3 Lites
And this is for two days?
Has anyone had any success with this?

Hmm this seems great except I don't use the bars.
What could I use instead and would it work for me if I chose NOT to use the bars?
Hmm, what woudl I replace my bars with?
Hugs
Dee.

I did it yesterday and the day prior and it did not do anything for me... maybe it just did not work for me though!
