Well here it is!! A new thread for those of us who need strict schedules in order to stay motivated in our common goal!!! Here you can post your exercise regimen for the week.............an as you complete one........come on back and post that you are done that day..............so we can all cheer each other on!!!!

Here is my schedule for the week:

Monday Jan. 30: BL #3 DONE!!!!!
Tuesday Jan. 31: BL #1 and #3 ( i was feeling adventurous!!) Done!!
Wedensday Feb. 1: BL #3 and #4................I think I'm dead!!! DONE!!!!
Thursday Feb. 2: Jillian DVD's..........did 15 min on front and 30 on back!!! DONE!!!!
Friday Feb. 3 BL#3 DONE!! Weigh in day for St. Patty's Challenge Don't Forget!!!!
Saturday Feb. 4: Jillian front side and BL #3 DONE!!!!!
Sunday Feb. 5: REST DAY

hey girls!!!! How is today going!!! Kick butt on the workouts!!! I just did #3 and#4 on the biggest loser...................holy crap boot camp is not even the word for that workout!!!!!! I thought my arms were gonna fall off!!!! LOl!!! Well ladies.............have an awesome day!!!!!!!

I cant believe I've actually stuck to this all week! Yay!! I'm talking today off i think my body needs it, and after a 5.5 lb loss last week deserves it too! LOL! Are we going to start a new thread for this or just keep going?
