Hi butterfly!!! which plan are you following?

b-chili
l-2 tbs of mini mms
s-peanut butter on crackers tons of (peanut butter)
d- stew beef and 2 small carots

exeercise YES OZZIE (ozzie is my trainer, and he works me over 2 times a week) we did lower body and ugh do i hurt but it is a good hurt.

butterfly you will find that soon i will get on you to start to exercise but for now concentrate on the diet first. any plan encourages you to stat the exercisis after being op for about 2-3 week as your body is ajusting to the diet changes and expeciallly low carb as your body wll need a few weeks to rid itself of the initial carb toxins and to re adjust the body to burn the fat for fuel. so give it some times atleast 2 week before you start to do to much. i see that you have done atkins before, do you take your supplements yet???

I'm doing the lean for life. I follow the outline below. I tried the adkin's but couldn't do it. This one my best friend ordered of info commercial. I love to walk but I've been really sick for a week now with no energy and running fever. When I'm better I will start walking again. I stopped taking my vitamin's when I got sick because they made me VERY nausous but I should be able to start taking them tomorrow.

Brotein,fruit/grain,beverage
snack:
Lrotein,fruit,veggie,lettuce,misc,beverage(use salad mix for lett)
snack:
D: same as lunch plan

then on 5/6 week I add xtra protein to lunch/dinner then back to week 1-4.

I lost like 27lbs in 1 1/2 months.
I keep my carb below 65(don't really lose if over) my friend could eat 80 and lose but I would stall. As long as I exercise my weight falls off. I've notice if exercising consistantly I loose a pound a day. I would never believe it if I didn't see it for myself.

Yesterday I just don't remeber what but I do know I was totally OP. My water...well not too much.
I remember I ate the right things and Lee told me to be sure to eat and drink water. I wasn't hungry but as Lee said starvation mode is a stall looking for a place to happen and it wasn't going to happen to me again! That I remember!!!!!
Wednesday:
I lb. hamburger fried with a tblsp. Butter and Worchesterchire sauce.
1/2 small onion ..cooked in the juices of the meat and butter
The onions I placed on top of the large flat hamburger patties and melted 1 oz. of cheese on top under the broiler. It was wonderful! ( aged cheedar)
two atkins shakes
two soda's
and 1 gallon of water....128 oz.

By the by...I threw on a robe I used just before we closed the pool about a month ago, and could not close it at the time. Today Not only could I close it I had about a foot and some extra.
Something is happening. I may look forward to weighing Friday and I really am going to send Hubby to buy a tape measure.

Ok...I am feeling a little better but it will be a while before my brain is fully functional right now it is still swiss cheese so bear with me. I forgot to add that yesterday I also had two pecans straight from the tree.
Thursday:
Chicken soup made with skinless, boneless chicken breasts,a six stalks celery ,one large onion, two cloves garlic, spices & low sodium boullion.
I have had 1 large cup of broth
1 ggod size bowl with lots of chicken
2 sodas
water water water.... I will finish my gallon this evening.
I may yet have a small can of tuna before the night is over.
Oh I have begun to take a multi-vitamin too every day.

Congrats gbo. When things start fitting you know your doing something right. It's stories like that, that keep me going.

nasus40 thanks for including me in your postings makes me glad I found this specific post. you sure don't look like you eat very much during a day. do you find yourself getting crabby. I've noticed on the low carb I get extremely crabby. I usually get over it around the 3rd wk. I threw out some icecream today. I wanted it so figured, if it pass's the lips it end's up on the hips.

No one's even missed it yet. Did good on the water today. See you later.

B:1/2 pc toast,2sausage patties
L: spaghetti meat w/cheese
snack: 1 tsp peanut butter'
D: 2 bites chicken breast,3bites corn bread
