February 16th - plan for a nearly perfect day
I'm feeling a little today (sorry), so I don't really feel like eating breakfast. (Nothing serious, just that totm. I should be fine tomorrow.) I will try to drink some green tea later and maybe eat a graham wafer.
Lunch - Tuna sandwich?
Dinner - Pea soup with leftover ham.
Snacks - if I feel like it, some fruit, cheese or almonds.

I started off my day great, ran for 3 miles at the gym before work. When I had finished I was starving and needed coffee so I went to starbucks to get a ff latte, I also ordered a reduced fat blueberry coffee cake. Well I shouldn't have done that. I just checked the nutrients on the cake and it was 360 cals. Including coffee I ate 630 cals this morning which I feel has completely negated my run, which I was so proud of.
I am going to have to find something else other than instant oatmeal to eat at work for breakfast when I work out on a morning. I feel so disappointed in myself right now.
Why do I make these stupid choices?
Breakfast - bleah
Lunch - leftover salmon w/long grain and wild rice
Snack - orange
Dinner - venison, sweet potato fries, cabbage
Water - 2 liters
Exercise - ran 3 miles at gym.

Lynne, that run is great! It's increasing your metabolism, building muscle and making it easier for you to exercise another day. As for the breakfast, it's a learning experience.

Ta Da! One hour of cardio! 60 full minutes! I started (self punishing) with five lb hand weights and 2 lb ankle weights. If any of you ever think a nine pound weight loss is nothing ... try that. It'll remind you how far you've come. After 25 minutes I set down the weights, after another 10 I took off the anklets. My son said I looked like a geek! It was an ugly mix of high and low impact ... dance/shuffle gasp! But I kept my heart rate up and I sweated.

I started my day great with 30 min cardio on the stair master.
B: 4 egg whites with 1/2 tbsp ketchup
Water 16.9 fl.oz
L: 1 1/2 piece of lasagna
Water 33.8 fl.oz
D: Cup of progresso homestyle chicken noodle soup
I end up eating peanut M&M's. I didn't needed it, but I just had to have it I guess. I end up eating 5 small fun size of it. I feel so guilty!!!

Today has been good so far! I did 15 minutes of cardio (dancing to my dvd) before I decided to buckle down, and work on my Psychology. So far today:
B: 3 eggs, fried...& 4 sausage links
L: None. If I get hungry, I might have a couple of pieces of string cheese.
D: Ginger Chicken with cooked broccoli & cheese
Hopefully, I'll get in another 15 minute cardio session before the day is over.

Hi! Started my day off with my slippers and a diet pepsi. Ha. It's -45 outside with the wind...
Anyways, for lunch I had 2 pieces of toast whole grain bread, with no fat mayo, sliced tomato, organic greens, and a slice of lean turkey sandwich meat. It was really filling, it felt like 2 sandwich's when I ate each one seperately.
Before heading to work, I had a slim fast milkshake in the blender with a banana.
Supper - at work.
I packed the same idea that I had for lunch. Also took along some no fat yogurt and half a cup of raspberries, along with baby carrots. I find the carrots to be a good crunch snack for at work.
Happy Thursday everyone!

Almost have had all my calories by lunch, today .
Breakfast: some of my leftover guacomole
lunch: two bean burritos and one of those mini chocolate Hershey bars.
Now that I've had 1000 calories already, I need to figure out how to make it the rest of the day on 2-300 calories. Spinach? lol

Today went horrible. I ate too much of chocolate, it seems like I am eating it for the days that I've didn't eat it. I never was a chocolate person. My husband is the one who is chocolate addict, and I was the one who always wanted to eat something salty or meaty. Well anyways, I am glad everyone else is doing great. I am drinking a lots of water, and had my chicken noodle soup for dinner. I feel horribly guilty, but I can't change what happened.
