meals: 1 (Oatmeal & yogurt for breakfast)(ceral for lunch & smothered
porkchops for supper w/broccoli) I will do better tomorrow.
snacks: 1 (an orange twice [fixed the points as I had it wrong])
exercise: 2 (20 min on treadmill & 20 min on stationary bike)
water: 3 (192 fl oz already today)

Tues 14 Feb

Fajitas & margartias for supper)

Sylvia in stroller)
