Thanks so much for the answer. I was just curious because you looked so good in your picture and I am trying to get to 160 and trying to deciede if 140 was too thin for me. I am 5'9 with a large frame. I am beginning to think its to thin. You look great at 160!

Is the red plan more calories than the gold plan or less? I'm on the gold plan and I currently weight 159 (I am 5'8"). Will they switch me to the red plan or is gold the "lowest" that it goes?

Angelica,

I, too, am trying to figure out where my "ideal" body weight is. I've never been lower than I am right now in my adult life. I am 5'8" and am shooting for 140, but wonder if I'll be just as happy at 145 or 150...who knows!!!!

Gymgurl is in red because of her exercise, but like Katie said red is higher than gold. It is red, purple and then gold (blue is higher than gold, but only for special situations) lower than gold is green (you go there at about 130-135 pounds

Thanks, Shennie. Good to know -- they sure don't explain much when you sign up. I have a friend doing the plan in another state, and we've tried to figure out the different plans with no success. Glad to have a huge knowledge pool here!

Also I believe I read somewhere that if you aren't doing the lites purple is the lowest plan they will let you go to.

My goal is around the low 150 - high 140's....I think...I have a large frame with a good amount of muscle which always looks bad on the scale lol
