Thursday- Drank my water, took my vitamins and exercise for 25 minutes with video
Friday- Drinking my water, took vitamins, exercised with video, lifted weights and worked abs.
So far so good.

aw man this thread is making me feel bad I did sweet fa today but in my defence I have an exam tomorrow I normally walk between 4-6 miles a day so i shouldn't feel too bad about having one day off right
