Default Low Carb log for 9/24-9/28

Hi, I thought we could combine the menu's, w/o's(exercise) and water in a weekly log w/ daily entries. What do you think?

OH PAT YOU FORGOT THE EXERCISE PART!!!!! just a gentle reminder

I know that this is satrting tomorow but thought that i would gat a start on this today.

I am doing goo d for today and the exercise part is really comming togheter for me. i als am eating good

b-salad with hard boiled eggs(2)
l-egg salad 3 and some 4 bean salad
d-steak (my last splurge from a few weeks ago) and some vegies

water I will have to do some pretty hard drinking to catch up atleast 50 more oz today!!!

well i did not post yesterday as i had a poptart to finish the day but i cooked 2 and decided that the last one was not for me!!!

so today i am getting back in the swing except for a small slip of whole wheat crackers.

b-eggs and bacon
l-salad w/egg
s-carrots
d-chicken ala king with crackers

TOM is here that is why i am having such a time staying Op this week with all the stress.

water trying a new thing have a gallon jug of water on the counter and filling my glass with ice and then the water (so it is much more than the gallon more like 2) took about 100 oz today

yesterday- one half pound crab meat
1 tblsp butter and lemon juice
3 scrambled eggs with 1 tsp butter and a hot dog
128 oz plain water
three soda's
one cup coffee (12 oz) yes... that's my coffee cup
I have two and both are the same size. I used to have two a day at least but it seems I am losing my desire for coffee a little.
Nothing so far today but I am about too. I didn't wake up until 1:00 pm. so that is where I am today.

Today Friday:
4 eggs deviled
1 large cup black coffee
2 diet soda's
1/2 lb crabmeat with 1 tblsp butter and lemon juice
about 1/4 lb plain crab meat to munch on
water, water, water 1-gal per day
1 /3rd english cucumber with a little salt (boy was it wonderful)
water, water, water.
I have thawed out bacon to cook tomorrow so I have "snack bacon" here and there and mustard greens are thawing so I can eat green food for carbs(Low carbs)
someone give me how much of the greens to eat as I said I can't find my book !

Pam mustard greens are almost free they are so high in fiber that it negates any carbs i think they may be 0.5 or 1 carb per serving, but it is a low glycemic carb so it is even better. (see pat i am learning)

pam one thing is the crab meat fake crab???? i found that i was having terrible carb cravings when i was eating that. look at the ingredients. if it is fake carbs you will find that it is made with starch and other stuff are you truning your sticks purple??? if you do not have sticks the best way to tell if you are in ketosis is if your breath is really really really bad. so if you are not then check out the crab meat, you may want to do tuna one day, egg salad another chilli another
pam another thing how are your legs doing??? one of the things after a few weeks on atkinss or low carb is the potassium may be loosing from all the water weight that you are loosing (it is good to lose the water but not he potassium) you may need to take a potassium repalcement.

It is fake! Are you serious.... oh geeze, I can't win for losing!!!!!
Now I see the problem. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pat you may have saved another wasted week. I wondered why I did'nt have that metallic taste in my mouth... now I know. I haven't got my book yet so I guess you all are going to have to lead me around by the nose until I do. Should I get a nose ring???
Here I thought I had found another brilliant tasty protein. Me and tuna are about to be fast friends!
Chicken and tuna. Beef occasionally,liver once a week or so and thats it! I can't take any chances at all. At least I know.

Of course I had a half , perhaps slightly more than a half pound of "crab" butter and lemon

I have been walking about the house a lot and I think my mind is trying to be helpful because I just sit down and realize I forgot one thing or another. I feel like a yo- yo. Soon I will know when I am near strong enough I am going outside and walk down to the pasture. I am building up to it. If I fall it will be on soft grass so no big deal. It is in my plan and my hubby is looking for my weight set . I got them at rehab for my arms and legs some sttrap on and some are 2 1/2 lbs hand weights so .... Send prayers....lots of them!!!!!!!!!!
