TW Weekly Food Journal - 1/16 thru 1/22
Here goes another week - my goal for this week is to post my food intake EVERY day, good or bad! Today wasn't too bad - could have been better ... anyone care to join me?
Remember, if you have recipes to share, post them on our TW Healthy Recipes thread. I put a few more lo-carb recipes on there.
Well, here I go for today:
Monday, Jan 16
2 coffees/black
1 lo-carb ice cream bar
(wasn't that a great breakfast)???
Lunch:
3 slices swiss cheese
about 10 tortilla chips w/sour cream
1 coffee/blk
Dinner:
1/2 of ham & cheese grinder (I know, bread! bread! bread!)
Water:
48 oz
(I'll do better tomorrow)!
ok .. that's all folks!
Breakfast:

Monday
Brunch....Slept late.
2 fried eggs and bacon.
Snack...skinny less carb bar, pork rines w/ cheese
Dinner...Grilled chicken wings, green beans, small salad w/ ranch dressing.
Water....32 oz I need to do better.

Lunch:Subway Salad
Dinner:Hamburger patty (no bun) with Ranch dressing........Green beans
Snacks: Cheese & Porkrinds

Back to work today ...NO sleeping late!!
Monday...
Breakfast...2 boiled eggs w/ bacon
Lunch...Chinese beef and broccoli
dinner...Smoked pork chop w/ small salad
snack...Low carb butter pecan ice cream
Water....32 oz and still working on it!!

Tuesday:
Breakfast: 6 sauage links.....porkrinds
Lunch: (Leftover from dinner last night)
1 Hamburger patty (no bun) w/ Ranch dressing....Green beans
Snack:SF Jello w/ Coolwhip
Dinner: 2 fried eggs....4 slices Bacon.....1 Hunk of cheese
How did you do today CJ??????

I'm here Sherry - just got in from the hot tub! Here's my damage for today:
Tuesday - Jan 17
Breakfast:
2 coffee/blk
that's all .. had to run out early.
Lunch:
1 grilled cheese sandwich
(2 lo-carb breads and 2 slices swiss cheese)
coffee/blk
Snack:
1 lo-carb ice cream bar
Dinner:
3 eggs, fried
1 slice ham
Snack:
about 15 tortilla chips w/sour cream!
(Please don't yell at me too loud - just a tad)!
Water: 72 oz today .. getting there!
I'll be better tomorrow!

Dinner: Taco Salad (NO chips) I made this at home....Debbie told me how. If you want to know how to make it, ask me or Debbie!

Hey Sherry - I'm here! And yes, I am eating! lol
Actually, I missed posting last nite but I did pretty good - the only thing I had that I should not have was those dang tortilla chips - but they are now gone -- No, I didn't finish the bag .. I threw it out!
Today was a perfect OP day for me! Here we go:
Thursday, Jan 19
breakfast:
1 lo-carb ice cream bar
2 coffees/blk
lunch:
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 coffee/blk
dinner:
fish
broccoli
snack:
1 sugar-free jello w/whip cream
(going to have it now as I just got out of the hot tub)
I have had 72 oz of water so far .. will drink another 24 oz before going to bed.
I have to tell you ... I almost ate some cheez-its today but stopped and thought: "you'll be sorry - it will give you heartburn - and you will also have to report to the girls" ... it was not worth it so I didn't have any!

CJ....It's really easy!! Start off with shredded lettuce,add taco seasoned hamburger meat,top with:salsa,shredded cheese & sour cream!! That's it! It's soooooooo good & low carb good too!! Debbie has me hooked on it!!

I'm here! Sorry I haven't posted over the weekend ... only excuse I have is we were busy busy busy and I did't take the time to post. Sorry ... as far as staying OP I have to say about 95% ... We had Chinese Friday nite ... I just had some beef, spinach/cheese, and a very small cup of the Wonton soup, mostly broth. Oh, and a few grapes and couple pieces of melon. And Saturday I was good all day but we played cards with friends and at midnight we took a pie break and I did have a piece of Banana Cream pie! It was good, and I enjoyed it ... now I'm back OP 100%. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL
I'll report in later tonite on today's episode ... have a great OP day!
