Default It's like starting over...

I don't know what happened or why exactly it happened, but I totally went off plan for the past week. I just gave up...and I'm miserable for it. I actually miss the structure and the encouragement I get from you chicks. I feel like I took 10 steps backward and now it's time to start from scratch.
So...I'll be checking in again and with all of you to listen to, how can I fail, right?
Tomorrow is a new day...here's to a successful one!

Julie, I don't know, I don't think she's earned that, we might have to take a vote

I AM SO TEMPTED RIGHT NOW, im telling you, but I just gotta keep going...I swear, the 3 WI's per week are REALLY what keep me on this program, knowing I have to go in tomorrow is my main motivation NOT to eat everything in the house. I am not physically hungry, I am WANTING TO EAT...terrible My DH went away on a few night's business and its hard saying goodbye..my oldest got very sad and usually, with an occaision like this, ice cream or chocolate would be a lovely comfort. My LA shake is gonna have to do, Ive come way too far, dang it! I WISH I COULD CHEAT

it helps me to focus on the day that I am in....If I feel guilty over what I ate yesterday some time I will keep eating the next day just to "beat myself up" for not being good....pretty dysfunctional isn't it....or I can forgive myself and take care of myself by eating OP today and doing what I have to do

Deets hope you made it thru yesterday okay -- it is so hard to keep from falling back into old habits -- I hope the LA shake was a good enough substitute. You CAN have icecream, but maybe 1/2 cup is not enough?

Tina - It is great to see you back - We missed you and the important thing is you are already back on track just by coming back. You can do it - You don't have far to go and just think how far you've already come!!! 26 pounds is great!!!

Hey Tina, no worries. Just get back to plan, and you will loose the cravings soon.

Hey,

We all need a break every once in a while. I have very FEW clients (including myself) who stick to the plan from beginning to end. However, the fact that you're able to rebound and get right back on it shows you've got the big picture - LIFESTYLE CHANGE. You'll find that even after achieving your goal weight, you'll naturally go back to eating right if you complete the program.

Today is a new day. Make the best of it!!!
