Breakfast: 4 slices Bacon....2 boiled eggs
Lunch: 3 slices of bolonga/3 slices of cheese
Dinner: 3 slices ham/3 slices cheese
snacks: pork rinds....3 sauage links
**Today is my last day of the 1st 3 days! Tomorrow I can start adding my salads & veggies!!
