Smile TW Weekly Food Journal - 1/09 thru 1/15



I am going to start posting my daily food journal here ... anyone care to join me? I did pretty good today so am going to try to post what I eat every day! I need to be more accountable of what goes into my mouth - hopefully this will help me get myself back OP (lo-carb for me). If you are interested in joining in with me I will be starting a new week every Monday thru Sunday.

Feel free to post, regardless of what plan you are on. If you try a new recipe and would like to share it, please post it on our TW Healthy Recipes thread.

OK .. here goes day one!

MONDAY - Jan 9

BREAKFAST:
2 eggs, scrambled
2 slices bacon
2 coffee, blk

LUNCH:
1 cup plain popcorn (I know this is not lo-carb but I was craving it) - lol
1 coffee, plain

DINNER:
1 delicious steak w/sour cream
asparagus w/butter

WATER:
48 oz and still going .. it's 7:53 pm and will at least get down 16 more oz...

OOPS ... I missed a couple days! I can't remember everything but I do know that I was probably 80% OP! Today I am aiming for 100%!!

WEDNESDAY, JAN 11

Breakfast:
2 coffee, blk
3 slices swiss cheese

Snack:
1 cup chai tea w/splenda

Lunch:
1 hamburger patty w/1 strip bacon

Snack:
pork rinds w/sour cream
coffee/blk (1)

Dinner:
2 egg omelet w/ham/mushroom/mozz cheese

Water: 72 oz

3 slices of bacon

Lunch.......grilled pork-chop
1/2 cup green beans

Dinner......Grilled chicken wings
Small salad w/ranch dressing

Snack..low carb ice cream bar

Water...48 oz today

Wednesday:

Breakfast: 4 slices Bacon....2 boiled eggs

Lunch: 3 slices of bolonga/3 slices of cheese

Dinner: 3 slices ham/3 slices cheese

snacks: pork rinds....3 sauage links

**Today is my last day of the 1st 3 days! Tomorrow I can start adding my salads & veggies!!
