Wooo! You won't regret it! And it's not easy to "forget" to lift when you keep tripping over the damn things!

Me too!

I just got a late Christmas present of a set of dumbbells that go up to 20 pounds.

Does anyone have any advice for setting up a program? How many reps, how much weight, which exercises?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

cheers!

www.stumptuous.com Krista is fabulous.

I also read a lot of what the LWL have to say, buy magazines for tips, bought the body building bible for women, and read alot on the internet.

I had to come back and correct a mistake. The book I bought is called the Body Sculpting Bible for Women by James Villepigue & Hugo Rivera. Sorry for the misquote.

I knew whatcha meant.

Thanks, Susan! I'm checking out Krista as well as Body For Life and the Body Sculpting Bible and very much looking forward to getting started tonight.

I'll check in with my progress soon - provided I can still lift my arms enough to type
