Guess I will get the ball rolling. I lost 5.8 lbs this week. Now I was off plan for 11 days before this, so I know some of it must be water weight, but no matter! I'll take it!!
Great job everyone!!!!!!!! I've been staying the same FOREVER...uggghh...but I guess it's better than a gain...right? Again..congrats to everyone..

Wow, some great losses being reported ~ good job! Also, I consider little losses or staying the same as wonderful testaments to your efforts (anything that's not "up" is a success!)
I don't use the scales anymore (yes, I'm still in shock about that, after a scale addiction of a couple of years that rivaled my food addiction!!) I'm all about how I feel physically and how my clothes fit. My favourite suit pants are not as tight now as they were when I went back to work after Christmas. I suppose that's more of a non-scale victory, though.
Today was the end of my first week and I lost 4 lbs. I have to say I was a little disappoitned as my first week is usually 6-10 but I had a mini TOM last week and was coming off 2 weeks of strep throat so I'm hoping that had something to do with it?
