Good job! I started WW (again!) 3 weeks ago and managed to gain
7 lbs from starting date until today. Starting right at the holidays was
setting myself up for failure, but, I returned today and had a perfect
food day today. My first goal is to lose 50 lbs and then I'll go from there.
I have more than that to lose, but I get so disgusted to think of how much
weight I have gained. I will be interested to hear how you are doing on WW
as the weeks go by. I made the veg soup tonight and it was great. My 13
y/o son Loved it too! He has no weight to lose, but what a healthy snack for him.
