Thumbs down Wow, my scale went up!!!

Well, my indulge day backfired big time. This morning before I went to gym I weighed myself and my scale said I was 141 lbs, which means I've gained almost 6.5lbs since yesterday. Well, I know it impossible for me to gain that much of fat over one night. I am sure its water retention, and hopefully in couple of days it will come down. I am sure I went overboard yesterday, but I am still okay with it. I made the choice to do it, and now I need to face the consequences.

Your "indulge" day should always be at least 3 days before WI!!! It is water weight, and do not let it discourage you! You really should not have stepped on the scale today. Try to think about the extra pounds on the scale as what is revving up your metabolism to really burn off more fat today!

You already said you know it's not fat, likely water, so you shouldn't be so upset about it. Drink lots of water, get right back to plan, and step on the scale again in a few days I splurge every weekend, and my weight is always POUNDS higher on Monday than on Thursday. Don't sweat it!

Like everyone else said it's likely to be water retention Just keep on drinking your water and keeping at it It'll go back down!!!
