I had a beet/carrot/celery juice this morning and that's about 200 calories (max)...I didn't have time to make a lunch for work, so I grabbed a container of raspberries, about 10 almonds, a container of Soy milk and that is about 500 calories, 23 grams of fiber, 15 grams of fat and 36 grams of protein...we'll see how the day goes! :/

Good morning all! Ok, just when I thought I had built up some willpower... Last night after posting my meals, I went on a binge! I won't even begin to disgust you by telling you what and how much I ate! I think it was because I took in too few calories yesterday. I've been doing so good for the past 5 days! I was even down 1.5 lbs! I probably gained that back last night and then some! I'm feeling pretty down right now, but I have decided to go to the gym this afternoon. Usually I wouldn't because I'd talk myself into believing that I've ruined my whole weight loss effort with that one binge. Ok, I just wanted to vent/confess! I'll be back later to post my meals for today! Everyone have a great Friday!

sjdphc,
it's good that you realized *why* you binged. Under 1000 calories is definitely not enough so it was your body's way of telling you to eat more! I hope today goes better and you make some (slightly) higher calorie healthy choices. You can do it!
