(I), walk into the kitchen...fill a glass with ice, and pour a nice cold soda for myself..then as if that wasn't enough..I grab a healthy bowl of choc and vanilla ice cream. I take my valued snacks...find a comfy place on the couch. Kick my feet up and settle in for the final episode of my favorite reality show...THE BIGGEST LOSER. HELLO???!!!!
Make it a diet soda and Dreyers Slow Churn in a small cone and I did the same...but it was part of my plan for the day...small changes make big differences...toss the regular ice cream and soda!!
Shouldnt snack while watching any tv show.
And should have picked a more healthy one if you really wanted a snack.
I know because I used to do it countless times myself.
Always had a habit of eating in front of the tube myself.
Just try and remember how your feeling about this the next time you grab for a snack while your watching a show.
