Tuesday- Sept. 5

breakfast- 1/2 banana (1)
lunch 2 pieces of pizza-(9)

dinner- 1 biggie fry (10)

snack- ff free cupcake (3)

How about that for a nutricious day!
At least I stayed OP.

I will do better tomorrow!

lunch- Boca burger -(3)
snack- 30 WOW chips- (2)
dinner- Rigatonis-(8)

snack- ff cupcake- (3)
watermelon-(2)
2 reeses-(2)

points- (21)
water- 70 oz.
exercise- none- cramps

Breakfast- NONE

Lunch- Boca Burger and salad -( 8)

dinner- chicken and bread-( 4)

6 reeses- (6)

banana- (2)

water- 48 oz.
exercise- none (cramps)

Saturday- A day of sports! Not home from 8:15-5:30.

breakfast- None

snack- Raisin Bake-(1)
lunch- whopper jr. with cheese no mayo-(9)
dinner- Arbys baked potato with 1 pat of margerine. (6)
snack- WOW ships (1)
3 reeses minis (3)
points (20)
water- 80 oz. drank nothing but water.
exercise- none- ran around all day.

Sunday -Sept. 10

breakfast- none

lunch- Chinese buffet
1 cup steamed rice (8)
2 eggrolls-(8)
pepper shrimp- (3)
2 meatballs (4)
2 fried scallops- (4)

dinner- water LOL

snack- will have my ff cupcake and will use the charge card system. (Bank in reverse)
I have charged 3 points.

points- 30 points
water- working up to 80 oz. (10 glasses)
As of 4:30 I have had 6 glasses.

exercise- after the emmy awards will oxycise and do sweatin to the oldies. Til then homework with the kids.
