Default Inches - Gone - Forever

Ok. I have been at this for 3.5 months. I just rec'd my original measurements from my fitness check at the gym. My husband and I measured last night and guess what we came up with. Here goes!

neck 16.75 to 16.5
chest 49.25 to 40.25
Biceps 22 to 17
Forearm 13 to 12
waist 46 to 42
hip 56.5 to 51.5
up thigh 35.5 to 29.5
calf 21 to 18.5

I was upset that my sz 24 pants were not falling off yet. Well, finally this week they are a little saggy. And I tried on a reg size 22 pant and they fit. Great . I was a little angry that after droping so much weight that I couldn't even slide down a pants size. Just depends on how they are cut. Please the trusty old workout pants are getting bigger and saggy too. Bring it on! Im ready to kick this thing's BUTT.

If you are thinking that you are not losing fast enough, take your measurements and you might just be surprised.

Those are some pretty incredible numbers! Nine inches off your chest? Your shirts must be pretty baggy. And I'm super impressed by the thigh reduction. Thighs are my problem spot so it's nice to see someone able to reduce in that area.

Thanks Scarlett Drawl!

Sheila 53 - I know. It is amazing! These measurments are crazy! One can only imagine how I am looking these days. But, I am happy about the changes in my measurements. I have always been a bit disporportioned. So, this doesn't even hurt me any. I would really rather be smaller and mixed up than extra large and still mixed up. I can really relate to you and your thighs because I have always been aware of my hips. I am just wondering how much will stick w/ me after the long term. Thanks a Bunch. J

F(x) - Well, My workouts are pretty much the same with a few variation in the type of cardio done. But, M-F I complete 45 min- 60 min of cardio daily. On MWF I complete some form of weight training (machines, frees, or an hour long lifting class). If I feel really strong after the 5d of work outs I sometimes treat myself to Saturday cardio classees or weights. But, I am finding that some weeks I need the two days off just to be able to restore energy and let the body rest/ restore itself.

WTG. That's some awesome losses. I have the same problem with never having jeans fall off of me when I get too small for them. You're hip measurements are about the same as mine and that was my problem. Yes my hips were shrinking but not like the rest of my body and that's what was keeping up the darn things.
