It's been sooo long
 

Hi everyone :wave: wow, it's been SO long since I've been here, I've been completely offline for a long time... well, what can I say, I'm at it again... giving it another go. I see a few names that look familiar anyway, so for those of you who know me, a little update, I guess... about 2 years ago now, I guess, I started losing weight...rapidly, effortlessly, lost over 100 pounds... no reason, no illness, while hanging on to some of the worst habits ever... odd no? Well, it came back to bite me, and I've been putting weight on twice as fast as I lost it... about 75 pounds of it, right back on me... not that I've been innocent here, no... I quit smoking again... man, that about did me in LOL, and picked up some bad snacking (binging) habits again... and I just can't seem to kick them :(

So tonight, rebuilding bookmarks, I came in for a peek... and started reading... and decided to try my old login... whaddayaknow? It still works... a sign? Maybe, but I'll take it :D

Anyhow, it's way late... or way early, depending on how you look at it, so... if this makes no sense at all, I apologize lol

Well I'm glad you're here and welcome back. This is a great first step for you cause as you know 3FC is a great place full of advice, encouragement, support and really knowledgable people. Good for you for getting rid of those horrible cigarettes. That must have been very difficult. Wishing you lots and lots of luck on your weightloss journey, hoping to see you around.

Some of the old timers are still around and we have tons of newbies making this still a great place to be!! I am so glad you came back!!

I am still struggling to get this right. But I am confident that I will!! Jacob is 6 now and he started kindergarten this year!!

I have just been through a similar situation...lost 40 pounds in '05, gained it back in '06 plus seven friends, and am now thinknig it's time to start again.

I'm a newbie, but have found such great support on this board.... and I think it's safe to say that we've all been where you are right now. Who hasn't lost weight and then gained it back?!? But you're back now, and can get back on track :carrot:
