Thanksgiving Pride!

I am thrilled and I want to share some good thoughts with all of you who are so supportive. I'm sitting in the Dallas airport, on my way back to the east coast without feeling full, guilty or discouraged. I made it through 4 straight days with my family without a binge! I was surrounded by foods I no longer choose to eat. I also watched my entire family of emotional eaters give permission to one another to "let go and EAT". I feel really good and like I've taken great care of myself.
