Trying to get back on track!
Hello everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say that I am trying to get back on track, and although I didn't post much before, I was constantly reading what everyone else was posting and it kept me focused. I am tired of the point I am at, and lost my workout partner to a case of bad attitude (hers mostly, although i will accept the blame for some of it), so I am back to try and get inspiration and support, and possibly offer some along the way. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and that we can all get each other through the holiday season on track.

Thanks for the support! I can't wait to find a challenge to help get me back out exercising first thing in the morning. And hubby and I are getting ourselves a treadmill and weight bench for Christmas. Woo Hoo!

Body for Life...
I've never really looked into it? How does it work? I've always pretty much done my own thing, watched what I ate and did portions, and just worked out how I felt I should. That's how I lost the first 38 lbs this time, and how I lost the weight once before (back before 3 kids and marriage packed on the pounds again.) I'm willing to try anything though. I'll look at it and see if it's something I can do.
