small victory today
 

Today my godmother had to go in for surgery and I wanted to be their for support. I was afraid of how it was going to be trying to keep up with h2o intake, food consumption and exercise because these are definately not my strong points during stress. I knew I was going to be there for about 6 hours. But it was ok and I stayed on plan for everything! I really surprised myself. AND my godmother did really good!! Jelly
