Lightbulb It's Been Awhile

Hey all. I've been missing for awhile now... And, even though this is something SO hard for me to do, I have to admit... I need help! My family tries to be supportive but you know, it's just not cutting it for me. None of them have EVER weighed over 300 pounds! And, they're doing pretty well on the fitness front right now. I feel so ALONE! I guess what I am looking for is not only support on this forum (which I am going to TRY to be a better part of again), but maybe a few of you would like to email with me to help keep me accountable? If anyone would like to exchange email addresses with me, please respond to this posting or send me a message. If enough people are interested maybe we can have a small email club to help motivate each other... Just a thought! Let me know if interested! Thanks... Bye!

Glad you are back. I think most people cannot do it on their own! I know I need support and accountability! I think this is a great place to get it! Good luck. Jelly

Princess Sarah, back! Believe me when I say we have all gone down the slippery slope of regaining lost weight. The important thing is, you are back. You are NOT alone. We are all here for you, to get back your "click". So here is the requested . Get down to work girl!. You can do this. Pretend you do not know anything about weight loss and get back to basics. Write down your food, take a walk around the block, drink lots and lots of water.
