In need of support..
 

Hi, my name is Erica, I am a stay at home mother of 4... I have over 100 lbs to lose and could really use some support, a diet buddy if you will... I know there are so many out there going through the same thing as I am, but sometimes you just get this feeling you are all alone... I hope I have found the right place where I don't have to feel like that ever again...

You will get the support you need to lose the weight you want. There are a lot of really great people here. Just feel free to jump in on any forum!

I just joined and can say that seeing the before and after pictures of everyone has really helped reassure me that I can do it!
