I hope you don't mind I am just going to jump right on in. I just started on Mon. I have already lost 5 lbs so far. I am exercising every day and eating about 1400 - 1600 cals a day. I am really looking for suport and ideas to keep me going. Thanks, I look foward to getgting to know people!
