Thought I would post this here as well...
 

I'm gonna try to post some pics. I have lost only about 20 but a lot more inches. Started to get discouraged to not see a change on the scale.

The first two is this summer (me on the right in both) at about 265lbs.
Next is me & DH with a friend's baby just last week at 261lbs (& stuck!)
The 2nd last one is last Christmas with my Grandma at 283lbs
& finally this is me working on our house renos last winter - again 283lbs

I can TOTALLY see the difference! :) Don't get discouraged - you're well on your way to your goal and we can all do this together!

Don't be discouraged. You're doing a great job. You can definitely see the difference. If you don't see it on the scales, just celebrate your none scale victories. You will get there.
