Hi all!

I was going through old pictures tonight and found a really scary one ( a rarity since not many "before" pics exist). Then, a friend sent me a picture from a party this weekend. Looking at them side by side, I nearly fell over. It's crazy how much difference a year can make!

Anyway, I wanted to share, since y'all are such a huge inspiration to me every day! Thanks for helping me on my journey!! I don't post often, but I read all the time.

There sure is a difference in the pictures. You look really good!!!! Did you follow a special diet or your own?How did you keep from getting discouraged? I'm trying but not real hard, staying pretty much away from sweets.When I see before and after pictures it really helps. Keep up the good work and sorry for all the questions. I always feel very inspired by the before and afters too, but I also agree with the person above who pointed out that you also looked very pretty in your before picture. I can't remember who you are, but I am glad you said that!

I don't have very many current photos of myself. Interestingly, I succumbed to the camera this past weekend for this very reason, so that I could also have at least one "before".

Great work in your success. You look fantastic.
