10/9: 30 minutes at Curves at 5:20 AM, 40 min. walk at lunch (I also did a 5K walk for breast cancer yesterday morning 10/8)
10/10: 50 min. walk at lunch
10/11: 30 min. at Curves at 5:20 AM
10/12: 40 min. walk at lunch
10/13: 30 min. at Curves at 5:20 AM, 40 min. walk at lunch
10/14:
10/9 - 25 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and lifted weights for upper and lower body.
10/10 - no exercise
10/11 - gym with weight lifting and cardio...I will edit it again when I get home.

10/12: 15 min treadmill, 15 min elliptical, 30 min weights
10/13: Going Dancing! - Didn't dance, no good music! so NONE
10/14: 30 min walk/jog with dog
10/15: 45 min weights, 60 min treadmill
10/9 - finger exercise typing out my plans to start tomorrow.
10/10 - 30 minutes stationary bike, 15 minutes weights
10/11 - 30 minutes stationary bike

10/13 - 30 minutes stationary bike (sounding like a broken record!)
