Thanks, everybody! I did have a good month, and I'm still motivated! I don't know where it's coming from and I'm terrified I'll lose it (that's certainly happened many times before). Challenges like this really help me. I love going through this with so many other people and hearing about everyone else's experiences too and cheering each other on! :)

Congratulations Lisa, way to go! :carrot: Don't worry about losing your motivation, keep thinking positive, it really helps;)

Hi LisaMarie,

About motivation: You just keep on doing what you're doing right not, enjoying it while the motivation is strong. After a while, it gets to be habit, so that helps keep you going after the motivation wears thin.

Now when my habits aren't quite enough, I just have to keep reminding myself that I am committed to doing this, whether I'm motivated or not. And, of course, coming here and getting and giving support certainly helps with motivation and with commitment.

Congratulations Lisa!!! :cheer:

You're doing great...37 pounds is a fantastic accomplishment.

Be proud!!! Don't be terrified...just keep at it, one day at a time :)
