Hi girls!
I was out last week due to TOM and a killer cold. I am feeling better today so I am on track.
I ate for breakfast:
1 and 1/2 slices of brown bread
light margarine
1 cup of 2% milk
I still have lunch and dinner but I will add those later after I eat. I also plan on walking today. Tomorrow I will return to the gym.
1 cup decaf
sweet & low
2 ice cubes
2 slices sara lee healthy bread
nutella
peanut butter
1 yellow apple
1 red pear
waterrrrrrrrrr
I did end up going to the gym yesterday. I worked out for about 25 minutes on the elliptical and then proceeded to lift weights. It felt good. I am going to try to get to the gym today again for some cardio. I want to get up to 60 minutes on the elliptical.
