Hi my name is Ally I'm 24 married to Mike 42 for 6 1/2 years. We have 4 blessings with us. And live in Ohio. I so need to shed this weight. I need to lose at least 100lbs. My husband as well is going on the diet with me. Actually he has been on South Beach for awhile and is down 48lbs. Hope to get to know you all soon.
