Only? One pound a week and in a year you've lost over 50. Don't get down on yourself for ONLY losing a pound!
A pound a week is my goal. More is good, and a lot of people lose more than one. But it's not a competition.
A pound is a pound is a pound, and every pound is a reason to celebrate!
That being said, I'm at 257 this week. That's my first "official" weight since coming off my six-month plateau-break, so there's no gain/loss to report as yet.
