I have averaged a loss of 1.5 pounds a week, even though I started at a weight of 293. Some weeks I lost 2 or 3 pounds, some weeks only 1/2 pound. There has only been one week so far where I have lost nothing, and in fact gained .4 of a pound even though I had done well all week, but I just waited til the next week and was down again. I wish I could maintain a 2lb a week loss, but like the other said, I'm trying to relax about it, enjoy the trip and just celebrate that my weight is going down instead of up. ;)
