Thats right ladies and gentleman this week provides us with two very special 3FC birthdays. on thursday the 13th and saturday the 15th Howie and Kimberly respectively enjoy their 3RD! 3fc birthdays.

its been a hard 3 years for alot of people on this board but the determination of this couple is to be commended as they have stuck with it through set backs. operations and a magazine photo shoot. to name but a few things.

so can we have an upstanding ovation for the 100lb clubs premier couple.
