Down 1 lbs to 225.

I'm down 1.5lbs!!! I'm so excited!!:carrot:

I hopped on the scale this morning and couldn't believe it.....I had to yell for my husband to come look!!:D

I only lost .6 lbs this week. Didn't do to good this past week. Congrats to all who had a loss this week.:D

First real weigh-in today (and refocusing) and it's a new high for me. Not next week though. :D

Glad to say that I'm down another 2lbs.

So now I'm 257lbs

I'm rather confused. For weeks I've been between 158 and 160 (usually 160 on a Monday, going down during the week until I overindulge the next weekend. Mainly water changes because of what I eat and drink at the weekend)

But this morning I was at 155 :carrot: :carrot: That's what I like to see!

I lost 3.8 this week after being on a plateau for the last month. I guess persistence pays off.
