I was wondering if anyone has read the book "The End of Diets" by Dilia de la Altagracia and if so what are your thoughts? Did it help you with emotional eating?

i haven't read it yet, but seems like something that could be interesting. Will have to to check with the library and see if they have it. If you have read it, what are your thoughts on the book?
