First Weigh in For Optifast
 

Today is day 10, and we had our first weigh in....
I am down a total of: 14lbs!!! :carrot:
My dad lost 17lbs.

WOW!! :dance:

I know the weight loss will slow down, but that is still an awesome victory for me. I weighed 335 last year at this time, so it is good to be going the right direction. I feel awesome! I cannot believe how doing this is affecting every aspect of my life. But I must say, it is a positive change, and I am dealing with issues that I have swept under the rug for too long.

But I have weeks that I will lose 5 lbs..
