I coached Katy's soccer team this year - this is a picture of us at the end of the season party.

I don't know how you can't say to yourself every day "I lost 300 lbs" (maybe you do, I know I would), I don't know how you can't tell everyone in the world about it every day. I am amazed :) Congratulations.

Every time I see a new picture of you, I think to myself, 'he has already lost 3 times what I want to lose,' so there's no way I can give up and not do this. No way in **** can I quit.
