Hello my name is Amanda. I have 5 young childr en. With having children comes weight and with weight comes saggy bellies Etc LOL. I would like to lose some weight. Currently I am about 220 lbs depending on which way I tip myself on the scale. I can "look" to be about 213 so I am not positive what weight I am. Technically I could lose 100 lbs though I want to get at least down to 135.
I need help with this and support which is why I joined!! I hope to have a great slimming time this summer :P I am playing softball. My problem isnt over eating.. It is lack of exercising.. plus not the best eating.. not over eating but just not the healthiest stuff
