Sorry I'm late!
Ok, well, in typical Diet Power fashion, the caloric output levels are listed for like every type of mower -- the range goes from 255 kcal for "mowing, walking behind self-propelled mower" (uhhh, thinking this isn't the one) to 554 kcal for "mowing, pushing hand mower." "Mowing, pushing power mower, larger model or faster walking" and "mowing, average" both come in at 481 kcal, so maybe that's the one? Keep in mind that these caloric burns are for my weight, not yours, so you'll have to shave off a bit for the difference of 27 pounds. But I'm taller, so maybe it comes out in the wash?
Well this is a bit too much for my addled brain at this hour! I say you go with the 481 and be done with it -- you're not counting all the other daily activities so if there's a little cushion in there, so be it. God wants you to be happy! (That's what I tell myself, anyway!
)
Speaking of God wanting me to be happy -- I'm pretty freaked out about my follow-up oncologist appointment tomorrow -- so if you guys could happen to find a free moment to say a prayer or think happy thoughts for me, I'd appreciate it.
This is a first meeting with an oncologist down here in Atlanta; he's got all of my records, so he knows I've got an active lymph node that's appeared twice on PET scans and once on a CT scan, beginning in November and continuing through February. Ok, I'm blathering now, and giving wayyyyy too much boring information. (Like Jen/andoreth, I'm vewy, vewy "seepy."
) Just send good vibes because I'm fairly frantic.
Exercise: 40 minutes biking. (And about 5 hours of walking and 2 hours of standing.)
G'night Gracie!
