Hi everyone! I just hit the 30-pounds-lost mark, which means I have 100 more to go... I figured this would be a good place to come for some support while I work on that hundred! I know myself and I know that I'm going to need a lot of encouragement along the way... but I have a bunch to offer, too. :) :carrot:

Thanks everybody! I want SO MUCH to lose this weight! I want to go hiking and traveling and all sorts of things. And it wouldn't hurt if I turned out to be a major babe, either, lol. ;)

These guys are great. I just love to come over here to see what else these guys have to say/ share or what kind of inspiration / motivation I will find today.

I found them easy to share with and for a reason, that is still unknown to me, you get that sense that you cannot "cheat" them, you feel like you need to be true to them, making you truthfull to yourself at the same time.
