Can I skulk back in please??
 Hi all. I've been away for a while, come back, away for awhile, and now I've come back again. I really feel like Im out of controll, and I want that controll back. I had a shocker at the doctor yesterday. I've gained back 40 pounds of what I lost...it just makes me SICK to think of all that work...just down the crapper. I feel so dissappointed in myself. I was 10 pounds from my goal, and so healthy feeling.
I've been having all kinds of health problems. Nothing serious, just alot of stuff, one right after another. I feel like alot of that has to do with my unhealthy lifestyle Im living right now, after having been so "healthy" for so long. So, I really mean to try hard this time. I can't just give up and skulk away again. I want to prepare my body for our "pre-planned" baby #2 that we'll be trying for soon. I want to be healthy for me, and for my family. I owe myself the effort. |
Nope. No skulking allowed!! You can come back in proud of yourself for deciding to take control of your life and your eating. No guilt and move on, Amy Jo.
And :welcome: back. :) |
Hi, I'm new to this webwsite. How did you loose your weight??

It's nice to see you back Amy Jo. You can do this. Don't be so hard on yourself. We have all done the same thing and you just have to get back at it and do what you know to be right.

Hey, Amy Jo!!!! I'm so happy to see you! Between chemo and its aftermath and difficulty reprioritizing weight loss, I regained also, alas. I know intimately how much it sucks :( -- but we can get back there again -- both of us. We did it before and we can do it again.
It's a new chapter, old friend. :goodvibes |

Amy Jo :)
I am in the exact same position right now...had lost 40, then life went crazy when a tree fell on my Mom's house while my kids were sleeping over during a windstorm (no one was physically hurt)..and after all the fund-raising etc..I've gained back 25 of those. I'm hating myself and feeling really terrible too...but I REALLY want to nip this before I find myself all the way back at the start. As of now I'm about at the exact same position I was this time last year after an April 19th 05 start date.... I feel your pain, love...and I'm so happy to see you back, we've missed you! We can do this :cheer: Linda |
Welcome back!

|
Welcome! Naah, don't beat yourself up! We all fall off the wagon from time to time, but the important thing is to climb back on, which is what you are doing!
