There have been a bazillion threads on this but here is one with a new twist.......my secret.
I am a bit embarrassed to share the real reason for my goal weight.
But I luv ya'll so much I'm going to tell you (but shush, don't tell anyone else!)I arrived at 135 (to 122 really, that would be a nice 150lbs lost) through a lot of soul searching......... oh, did I say soul-searching, I meant watching Bridget Jones's Diary! At the begining, Bridget steps on the scale and it reads 135 and she says "Obviously I must lose 20lbs" (I know...gag me!). But I saw that and I was like, Renee looks pretty darn okay at that weight and you know what, I want to get to that weight or a bit lower. Because then I would be able to watch the movie and say to myself "Ha! I am THINNER than you Bridget Jones, so take that!" (I know, I know, I lead a very sad life
).Well anyways, that is my secret. So, how about you? Do you have a secret reason for your goal weight? Or a practical reason for your goal weight? Any reason at all?
