Be Happy to Be Healthy!

I just wanted to share a small little thought with everyone. I know all of us get bummed and sidetracked sometimes. We wonder why we keep trying and why we can't get ahead. But I think what we all need to remember is that the changes we are making are for life, even if they may be small or seemingly insignificant at first. So let's learn to enjoy them, if possible! :)

I've been sitting here at work all day thinking, ya know, I am really loving being healthier. I feel good when I make good choices about my food, and I definitely like the fact that I’m 50ish lbs lighter than a few months ago. Plus, with spring coming on I am looking forward to being more outdoors, to eating more summer fruits and yummy summer salads, and to wearing smaller, cuter clothes!!!

I feel like I'm becoming a different person in many ways. Someone who values her body much more than I used to.

Just wanted to share...
