Feeling week.....
 
I am having a day of weekness. I am having a relaps, sorta. I have not cheated, I have stuck to my diet. But today I have just been really craving stuff. Not anything in perticalur just food in general. LOL I have done so good for 2 weeks. But today and kinda yesterday was hard. I was so busy over the weekend that I hardly ate anything, I barely got in 3 meals, so maybe my body just wants to make up for it. I know Im not hungry just realling craving food. I have not gave in, I just hate the cravings. I usually eat a banana or strawberries when I feel the need but today I just really craved FOOD. ya know what I mean? My OLD food.:) It is a really hard habit to break, The sweets not so much, but just eating what I want when I want and any amount I want. It use to be my bordem fix, and it was so good! I feel like a junkie trying to kick the habit, I think I need rehab LOL. I have had no problem kicking the sweets, or pop, and I am likeing the water. But I miss FOOD. what do you do when this happens? How do you keep from giving in and make it a little easier? Sorry for the bad spelling. I suck @ it. Can I say that? Oh well. Thanks for letting me spill my thoughts. Good night.

Usually I get that feeling around TOM. I just feel outrageously hungry and I usually want to eat something not too healthy. For me at least the feeling lasts about two maybe three days. Can that be the same thing you are going through?

I get that feeling with TOM and other times when I am stressed out or annoyed by anything. Is there anything going on to stress you out?

Hi ladybugfun... I feel this way every so often, with no real reason for why. Sometimes I give in and sometimes I don't! Don't worry though, it is just a temporary mood and it will pass.

When I have those days, I just try to eat a bit more of whatever allowed foods I am giving myself. So I may have more chicken, or veggies, I would rather eat and extra nonfat yogurt than eat that scone....
