Question about ethnic foods( I know there is a board for this but...)

I feel more comfortable asking on this board. I am trying to find a place that you can count calories for " ethnic food"? My husband is Central American and our family eats things like Yucca, Chayote, Platains, ect..... Where can I find info for this? Thanks. :carrot:

Our calorie guide has info for chayote and plantains :) The info for yucca is there but it's found by it's other name, cassava.

I've only eaten cassava in Fiji, yucca is a great name for it, as I hated it (Yuck for short!)

Corinne Netzer's "Complete Book of Food Counts" has all of that. Carbs, protein, fiber, calories etc.
