Well ready try to make this simple. Ok been losing weight on and off for now over a year just started back getting on track in january in total I have lost 30 pounds. Starting from a size 24 to now a 20 and sometimes it depends I can get in a 18. Other words just trying to lose weight and feel health and feel better about myself from outside in. I am a mom of 2 little girls Nesa that is 3 and Nellie that is now 1 as of today. I just want to give advice and even receive advice. I see I do well when I get to talk to others that is also going thou the same thing I am going thou and know what I am talking about. Other words just want to say hi to all and congrats in advance to all that will reply to my message. I think I will get the hang of the board been reading it and trying to figure where to start. :) but, other words glad I join.

Congrats on your 30lb loss - that is amazing - you are obviously doing something right! Keep up the good work and hang round here for great inspiration, support and advice!

Welcome! You'll find so much help and support here! Kudos to you for starting to improve your health. You've been doing great. I have 2 little girls also - a 2 year old (28 months) and an 11 month old. Great fun, aren't they?!! And super good walking companions - them in the double stroller of course!

I didn't even notice...you are in Wisconsin too!!!! I live up in Northwest Wisconsin but was actually born in Brookfield :) Ooohhh...actually...we weren't terribly far from Milwaukee yesterday... We went to Milton (do you know where that is?) and bought a used travel trailer. Welcome again fellow Wisconsin'ite :)
