  • That’s what the doctor told me yesterday at my annual check up. Loosing that much weight just added 10 years my life expectancy.

I am currently at 242 pounds, that’s 63 pounds less than my previous visit to the doctor last year and 93 pounds less from my highest at the end of 2003, 335 pounds.

But most, important, my BP is finally getting closer to normal values. It dropped from 150/100 to 130/80. That is a big relief as ending up on hypertension pills was the last thing I wanted to do.
