Taking a moment to brag...
 

on my hubby. Jeff has been doing wonderful since the beginning of the year. He joined the gym and has been going faithfully for 1-2 hours a day at least 5x a week. On the weekends he usually will either walk or bike around the house. He's dropped 16 pounds since the beginning and his pants are literally falling off him.
Here's his before and after pics. I'm sure he'd come and post with everyone but we don't have net access at home and he doesn't have access anywhere else.

You can definitely see a difference, especially in the tummy area. Good job!!

Give Jeff a pat on the back (or wherever you prefer to give him a pat), he's lookin' good! Its nice to have another husband and wife team to give Howberley a run for their money. Ummm.. "Jeffyal"? Dawneff? Jeffygirl? ;)

Give him a big congrats from us, Dawnyal. Isn't it funny how men always seem to lose (and gain) in the tummy area first? Mine is the LAST thing to go away!!!!
